Lisa has also worked with Disney and has done press trips with them for the movie Frozen, Guardians of the Galaxy, McFarland USA, The Good Dinosaur, The BFG, and Cars 3 and was able to interview the celebrities involved with these projects (Frozen, The BFG, and Cars 3 allowed her to walk the red carpet). She has also worked with Nutrisystem on a weight loss project, Buick, and Chevy as well as with Sprint as a brand ambassador. Lisa has participated in several exclusive media projects, including the Sony Mommy Bloggers Event, the Pampers Mommy Bloggers Event, the Epson Event in Chicago, the Stouffers Event, a yacht ride with Lands End, 1-800-Baskets, blogger exclusive Mrs. Lisa started blogging in April of 2006 as a means of keeping in touch with long-distance family and friends and learned she could help others with her experiences through her blogging. It is a great and entertaining movie for your entire family which is why I’ve included a Zootopia Sloth Cocoa recipe that you can enjoy while you watch! I saw at least 4 Frozen references and a Godfather and Breaking Bad one! Also, there are some Easter eggs through out. For the most part though, it is a really great story for kids of all ages. There are a few scary parts (I even jumped!). It’s done so well that I forgot who the actors doing the voices are and just bought into the story. Should you take your kids? Yes, Yes, Yes! There is something in the story for everyone.
This is a movie about how, really, we are all the same. This is a movie about not judging a book by its cover. This is just one of many woven plots into this amazing storyline. It is something I picked up on right away yet, my kids just saw a really great movie, because Disney does this so well. Does that sound like what’s going on in this country right now? That the fear of the “other” is making people do crazy things. It is about how these predators/prey have tension (or in our world that would be racial/religious tension) and that fear can make good people do and say hurtful things. I don’t want to give you any spoilers, but this movie has to do with so much that is happening in our country right now. The movie is about the case Judy has to solve with Nick, a hustler fox. It is also a town where predators and prey live as neighbors.

When she grows up to become her lifelong dream (a police officer), she jumps (pun intended!) at the opportunity to crack a case. That is something that Judy Hopps believes since she was a little bunny. Zootopia is a place where no matter what you are you can be anything. It will remind you of the melting pot of most of big cities. The downtown area, Savanna Central, is a melting pot where a wide array of mammals from every environment come together. Then there is the hot and humid Rain Forest District, Little Rodentia for the tiniest mammals, and Bunnyburrow for the millions and millions of bunnies. Sahara Square is for the desert animals, Tundratown is for the polar bears and moose. Zootopia is comprised of neighborhoods that celebrate different cultures.
